Mix @Philadelphia Cheese{400%g} with @Vanillenzucker{10%g}, @Salt, and @Sugar{180%g} in a big bowl.

Add @Eggs{3} and @Heavy Cream{250%ml}. Mix well.

Sieve @Corn Starch{10%g} and mix well.

Fill a #baking mold{} covered with baking paper with the batter. Place in the middle of the #oven at 200C. Bake for ~{70%min}.

Let the cheescake cool down, and then store in the fridge.
