Zest the @lime peel{1/2 tsp}. Add the juice of that lime into the blender later. Blend @cloves garlic{3}, @shallots{4}, @thumb-size galangal{1}, @green limes{2}, @green chilies{2}, @coriander{handful}, @coriander powder{2 tsp}, @cumin powder or seeds{1%tsp}, and @turmeric{0.25%tsp} in a high speed blender.
