Melt @butter {.25%cup} and brown @fine egg noodles{.5%c} until dark.

Add @long grain rice {1%c}.  Stir until clearish.

Add hot @chicken broth{2.25%cup}

Turn heat to low

Cover and cook about 15 min. Don't peak! Keep the steam in.
